Bat Sheva Leshed
I am a mother, a gestalt and somatic therapist, and a yogini with over 20 years of experience in spiritual seeking and personal growth. In 2004, I earned my degree in psychology and education from Tel Aviv University, and since then, I have been dedicated to helping others through various forms of therapy. As a wife and mother of two boys, I understand the importance of balancing personal and professional life and strive to promote this balance to my clients.
Having been a spiritual seeker for over two decades, I have developed a deep understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I have integrated this knowledge into my work with clients. I earned my counseling skills in the three-year, post-graduate program at the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia, and I am certified yoga teacher since 2015, having taught yoga one-on-one and to private groups consistently ever since. I have extensive training in mindfulness-based techniques, somatic work therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.
In my free time, I love to cook, listen to music, hike, bike, and spend time with my family and friends.
I'm very curious to know more about you and grow together.
Love Batsheva!
