Women Therapy Group - Less Stress
I offer long-term online group therapy for women around pre- and post-menopause.
We meet every Monday at 7:30 PM for 90 minutes. $75 per session.
Our sessions begin with a grounding exercise, helping everyone to arrive slowly and be present as best they can. Participants are invited to share thoughts, feelings, and sensations, focusing on the here and now.
In the second part, I teach trauma-informed somatic and Gestalt therapy concepts, and we practice techniques to regulate the nervous system. This helps create a meaningful, authentic life, full of connection, awareness, compassion, and curiosity. We also have time for open conversation.
We end with a short breathwork meditation. Breathing slowly and mindfully invites relaxation, activating the sympathetic system (rest, digest, and relaxation mode), promoting connection, warmth, and compassion. This ripples into all areas of life, especially our relationships.
We learn to notice our pattern to communicate better in relationship to ourselves and others. And quiet patterns that no longer serve.
Change can be slow, as we all have unique needs and paces. My goal is to meet you where you are, gently and directly, helping create a safe space to explore and heal. We’ll work with confidentiality, building trust in ourselves, our intuition, and our bodies and in our group members.
I’ll remind you that you have the ability to choose how you feel, breathe, and respond to life. You have the tools and wisdom to create meaningful change or simply feel better in your own skin.
This work can be simple or complex, but you’re not alone. You’re part of a supportive group. Come yourself or share this with women who want real change and or simply be surrounded with a community of like-minded individuals.
