One On One Yoga
With nearly a decade of experience teaching private yoga, I have a strong passion for both active (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, etc.) and passive yoga styles (Yin, Restorative, Gentle, etc.). This allows me to provide a versatile experience to my clients. When we work together, you can expect me to show up with my very best self: an open heart, a smile, enthusiasm, and full attention. I hold space for you and offer support, ensuring you get the most out of our sessions. Through my instruction, you will feel profound changes in your body, mind, and emotions. In private yoga sessions, you will have more opportunities to openly discuss your needs. With your permission, I can offer hands-on adjustments to help deepen your practice. I will also help you build a home practice and create a daily routine, even if it's just for 10 minutes a day. In addition, I will teach you about the meaning of the YOGA OFF THE MAT, which is a powerful tool for your everyday life. It can help you react better to yourself, your family, and your work. I have a deep understanding of the connection between your body and emotions. I teach women, men, and teenagers.
Small Groups Yoga - in person only
Small Group Yoga offers a powerful, playful and effective practice. With a maximum of 5 people and a commitment of once a week (monthly), you get to practice with the same group of individuals. This allows you to feel more open and free to be yourself during practice. As a teacher, I can pay attention, get to know you better, and provide more personalized instruction. I can guide you into aligned practice, to prevent any injuries, and create safe practice. I have been running small group sessions for several years now, and they are both fun and powerful. By practicing together regularly, we build a strong sense of community and support each other in our yoga journeys.

I got you!!! I have a deep understanding of the important work that you do and the challenges that come with it. Through my practice, I have learned how yoga can open up spaces in the body and mind, allowing you to become a better therapist. Using ancient tools of yoga like chakras, bandhas, breath work, etc I have developed a practice that can help you tap into your full potential. I understand how the body affects emotions and how emotions affect the body, you will feel it in your bally and I can help you build a practice that addresses these connections. one-on-one sessions where we can tailor the practice to your specific needs.
